I recently stayed at a ski resort for a week with my family, and we enjoyed the ski-in/ski-out convenience, perfect for our beginner and intermediate skills. Kids under 13 ski free, which was a pleasant surprise! The on-site dining options provided good variety, especially at the Edelweiss restaurant where we loved the paella. Plus, the strong water pressure in the shower was a great way to unwind after a long day on the slopes.
I cannot recommend this hotel.

I stayed for 7 nights, primarily to enjoy skiing, and the experience was good! The ski-in, ski-out access made it convenient to hit the slopes. The staff were friendly and helpful, enhancing our stay. We appreciated the variety of dining options and the longer hours for restaurants. My child loved the ski school and Waku Snow Funland, with its fun activities. The view from our room of the ski slope was stunning!
I strongly recommend this hotel.

Staying here for skiing was nice, totally recommendable. Everything was well-maintained, excellant stuff, amazing views of the mountain. The food was affordable, with good choice of options. As for me, the location was marvellous and stunning, just next door to restaurants, food shops and snacks shops, souvenir shops, ski rentals, skiing and snow boarding school and main restaurantes and convenient shops and facilities.

The breakfast menu could use a bit more variety and healthier options.

This place is a ski paradise! The location is unbeatable, right on the slopes, making it super easy to hit the trails. I loved that there are tons of dining options available-perfect for families. Plus, the staff was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even better!
The hotel can feel pretty crowded, especially during peak times. The hallways were often bustling with guests, and finding my way around took a little longer than expected. The room was clean but dated, which could use a refresh to match the amazing views.

The beds were uncomfortable, and the room was way too hot - the thermostat didn't even work! Plus, the carpet was pulling up, exposing dangerous nails. Really disappointing for the price we paid.

Had a fantastic time! The snow pass was perfect for our family, allowing us to hit the slopes without committing to a full day. We enjoyed the variety of restaurants, especially the food court with delicious ramen and pizza. The onsen experience was a lovely way to unwind after our skiing adventures.

The kids loved the snow tubing and the indoor ski school was perfect for them to learn. While the facilities felt a bit dated, it didn't take away from our overall experience, and I'd definitely recommend it for family fun ⛷️
